Veteran tech entrepreneur and growth specialist (Parallax Group, Apama), Richard brings several decades of technical business development leadership to the team. Having led both product and service focused tech companies through various financing rounds (Carlyle, Anschutz, Amadeus) and exits, Richard is well placed to help RDB Concepts achieve its goals.
Mumtaz Ali
Service Delivery Manager
Mumtaz joined RDB Concepts in January 2019 and has a wealth of experience in Service Management, having setup, relocated, re-established and then continuously improving process and procedures within service functions. Mumtaz is responsible for the RDB Service Desk which acts as the single point of contact for our clients throughout the lifecycle of the managed services contract and all activity related to the efficient and effective delivery of service to meet the requirements of our client contractual obligations.
Sue Evans
Chief Operating Officer
Also a founder of RDB Concepts, Sue manages the day to day running of the company and is currently in charge of the company’s finances and HR. Over the years, Sue has become an experienced DBA and also worked in a variety of sectors including telecoms, insurance and even the NHS, enabling her to think outside the box and see the bigger picture.
Kash Hussain
Technical Services Manager
Kash leads and manages our multi-disciplined Technical Services team. A technical individual himself, he ensures our clients get the very best support when it comes to their issues. Kash has been with RDB Concepts for over 9 years and in that time has amassed a varied, useful skillset that helps him grow and nurture individuals within his team.
Hardeep Channa
Professional Services Manager
The newest member of the RDB Concepts management team, Hardeep has joined RDB Concepts with over 15 years’ experience in data and analytics. Having worked across multiple sectors Hardeep is experienced in managing project delivery and development teams. With years of technical experience including Microsoft full stack development, Data warehousing, Power BI and Tableau, Hardeep will be leading the RDB evolution to provide Azure based products / solutions to clients.
