Phill, one of the original founders of RDB Concepts, has been with the company since its inception in 2001.
His vision to provide quality IT solutions that compliment the client’s culture has driven RDB Concepts to succeed.

Coming from an extremely technical background in development and database technologies enabled him to put together an amazing group of people to help drive his vision forward.
His long IT career spans many sectors including telecoms, retail, banking, data warehousing and automotive.

Sue, also an original founder of the company, spends her time managing the day to day running of the company. Wearing many hats, Sue currently looks after the company’s Financial and HR responsibilities, manages the office and other none – technical activities.

Sue is also an experienced DBA and for many years worked her way up through different support related jobs covering sectors such as telecoms, NHS, insurance and automotive. This wide range of roles and sectors provides Sue with an invaluable ability to see the larger picture and to think outside the box.

David is the fundamental part to the service delivery. Managing client relations as well as the day to day running of the technical team, David has enriched the teams knowledge and provides a great attribute to the team.

“I have been at RDB for over 6 years starting from a junior position and progress through to become one of the Senior Oracle DBAs. In my spare time enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and playing sports.”

Rizwan started at RDB Concepts as a Graduate DBA in 2005 and since then he has moved up to becoming one of the senior DBA’s in the company and now leads the Support team.His technical ability coupled with his strong customer service skills has enabled him to build a strong and lasting relationship with all customers and ensuring client needs are met.In his time at RDB he has been involved in many projects and his experience cover a wide range of database technologies.

Graham has been with RDB Concepts as a consultant and developer since 2001. His skills and expertise cover many technologies and is frequently sought out by clients.

He now heads up the development team, developing systems for customers that incorporate new technologies, legacy systems or completely from scratch.

Chris is the newest member of the RDB Concepts team, joining the team in November. Chris has joined the team with a wealth of knowledge and experience and provides a great 5th team member.

Tom joined in July 2010 originally providing the voice of the Service Desk. He is experienced in networking and website design with a good grounding in diagnosing support issues. Tom is now currently training as a DBA, and supporting the other technical team members. Tom is has a clear grasp of our customers and their environments and is in daily contact with each customer.
