Having experienced the culture of finger pointing and blame by varying service providers throughout his career in Telecommunications and Finance Phill came to realize that there had to be a different approach to service provision.

RDB Concepts was formed in 2001 with a single purpose:

“To be different, to be accountable, to stand out and to act on behalf of its customers.”

Initially offering database managed services RDB Concepts soon made its name by offering quality services and delivering on its promises.

“Why should engaging with RDB be any different from hiring a permanent member of staff? Would a permanent member of staff sit idly by whilst an issue affected the clients ability to do business?

“It is not the responsibility of our clients to prove there is a database issue. It is our responsibility to ensure there is not a database issue.”

This has been RDB Concepts ethos since the company was formed in 2001. Over time RDB Concepts has expanded its knowledge into operating systems and application support.

RDB Concepts now offers a comprehensive suite of fully managed services for a wide range to technologies including operating systems, databases and virtualization.

RDB Concepts strives to become better than it is by expanding our technology stack and constantly reviewing our processes.
