They may have performance issues with their current systems, may be about to perform a major upgrade to their infrastructure or may simply want a sanity check performing to ensure they are running optimally.
Following each Health Check, the client is provided with a full report detailing how the system is configured and where any hotspots may be. They are also provided with a prioritised list of recommendations for achieving optimum system performance. To complete the report, we will also review the backup procedures currently in place, and again, will make recommendations if necessary.
The Health Check is also provided as standard, at the start of a support agreement with RDB Concepts. This provides a baseline and the information required for RDB Concepts employees to familiarise themselves with the client’s environment.
Health Checks typically take two days, but for a large number of systems this is extended as necessary.
