Overview

RDB Patch provides the client with patch management and system upgrade management. (Excludes major release upgrades e.g. Oracle 11g to Oracle 12g) By taking this service, the client is reducing their risk whilst at the same time staying up to date with security and general patch releases.

Support Hours

Testing and Planning: 0800 – 1800, Monday to Friday, working week days only
Implementation 9 * 5: 9 to 5, working week days only support access
Implementation 24 * 7: 24 by 7 support access
